Tailoring Leadership for a Multi-Generational Workforce

2 sessions focused on effectively leading staff from different generations. This session explored the characteristics, values, and work styles of various age groups, from Baby Boomers and Xs to Zs and Alphas.  Leaders focused on bridging generational gaps, fostering collaboration, and adapting leadership approaches to meet the diverse needs of a multi-generational workforce.

Two sessions focused on the fundamentals of strategic planning to equip leaders guiding the generation and management of cohesive and effective roadmaps for their organization's future. The session provided invaluable insights and tools to drive organizations forward with clarity and purpose.

The session introduced the suite of offerings that included Executive Level Workshops, Cohort Series for New and Seasoned Supervisors, and Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation Workshops, among others.

2 sessions provided nonprofit leaders with the tools and insights necessary to identify and recruit board members who bring valuable skills and diversity to their organizations. It covered best practices for creating a balanced board, defining board roles, and identifying and reaching out to potential candidates.

Understanding Strategic Partnerships

This workshop guided emerging leaders through the process of forming and sustaining strategic partnerships, engaging participants in meaningful dialogue, shared experiences. Participants defined their partnership needs, understood best practices in partnerships, and left with tools to select potential partner organizations.

Seamless Shift:
Strategies for Transitioning Volunteers to Paid Roles

This session explored approaches to converting volunteer passion into paid positions, equipping leaders with an understanding of the legal and financial considerations of hiring from a volunteer pool. Participants identified the roles and responsibilities required to transition volunteers and explored effective communication strategies to manage expectations of volunteers and current staff, creating  a clear roadmap for the process.

Executing and Evaluating Partnerships

This session explored the execution and evaluation phases of collaborative relationships, focusing on best practices for operationalizing partnerships, navigating challenges, and measuring success to ensure continual alignment and effectiveness. Leaders left with methods for ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting of partnership activities, skills for reporting outcomes and progress to stakeholders to sustain partnership strength.
